Out of Hours
On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, weekends and bank holidays (day and night) services are commissioned by Swindon PCT.  Please call 111 for the Out Of Hours Service.

To make an appointment to be seen at the surgery patients can do the following:  attend in person, telephone for an appointment during normal opening hours or book on line via this webiste following the links below providing you have registered for online access at the surgery.

Flu Season

We are now taking bookings for the flu vaccination, please speak with one of our receptionists for further details.  We are also holding a flu vaccination walk in clinic on Saturday 13th October at our Surgery in Wroughton. Further information can be found in our newsletter.

Community Midwives

We have a community midwife attached to the practice. She holds her own antenatal clinics. In addition she visits patients at home for their first appointment and up to 10 days after delivery. Women can choose to deliver their baby in a hospital consultant unit, or at home. In line with Government policy, a doctor need not be at the birth as long as two midwives are present. If you are interested in a GP unit or home delivery, please discuss it with the midwife.

District Nurses provide skilled nursing care for those who need it at home. They also give advice and support and can arrange specialised services in the home when necessary.
